Wilson Home Rentals & General Maintenance is a real estate investment business. We are based in Piketon, Ohio (photo above).
WHR was founded by B.J. Wilson in 2002. In 2014 his wife, Tracy Wilson, joined the team.
What do we do? We invest in fixer-uppers. We then renovate them and rent them. Our goal is to provide affordable, well-kept housing for families in Fayette, Ross, Pike, and Scioto Counties.
